A special kiss shared.
 
You stop and share time,
From your busy ferret day.
I breathe your scent in.
 
How lucky I am,
Our lifelines have crossed to share,
Love's golden moment.
 
Sleek sable, pink nose.
Tiny paws wrapped, finger caught.
Winter's cold at bay.
 
Sleeping ferret friend,
How do you turn inside out?
Where have your bones gone?
