One trick is to put some ferretone on the new guy.  Put it in places that
Barret can reach, but the new one can't (head/neck area, for instance).
If Barret doesn't like Ferretone, then use something else that's either a
liquid or a paste.  Just use little dabs.  Barret will begin to associate
the new guy for something good! :)
 
As for a name, how about Grin?  Just think...two ferrets, named: Grin and
Barret!
