Does anyone have an idea why ferrets spend so much energy licking
people off when they are wet? A friend and I have ferrets which come
bounding in after they hear us shut off the water and start furiously
licking our wet feet/ankles. There is water in the dish nearby when this
happens so they can't be thirsty.
