It appears that this person is in Erie, Pennsylvania, looking at
locations of her sister(?) Noelle & friend Brice Boyd on there. If
there is anyone in that area, maybe you have access to contact the
local authorities & pursue animal cruelty charges against this girl,
Jillian Kramer.

Unfortunately, there are many people out there like this girl, who
treat animals so poorly. The thing about youtube, when they post these
videos, they don't stop to think they can be tracked down & have legal
actions taken against them. I hope this ferret is at least taken away
from her, & placed in a caring home.
