Also, that they do not tend to chew through wires. (a few do, but it's
rare just as it is rare for cats or dogs)

There was a recent news story about a ferret who got loose in a plane
by destroying a soft-sided carrier, and the stewardess (hailed as a
hero in the article) "knew" that ferrets and rats will eat through
wires so they had to catch the ferret before it caused the plane to
crash.

Arrrgghhh!
