One final note -- the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) is the approval
authority for animal vaccines in the United States. The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) has approval over drugs, cosmetics, etc. used on
or by humans. I saw a note referring to FDA and the rabies vaccine,
thought I'd chime in!
