Just a note to let you all know that I've finally been able to update the
FFZ list -- and hopefully can keep it that way.  (It really had gotten too
unwieldy to work with in its former format.) Please check it out and let me
know what you think if the changes I've made are useful.
 
Apologies to anyone who's written to me with corrections these past couple
of years.
