I don't know what words comfort I can offer, but I am always sorry when I
read about the loss of someone's ferret.  I know all too well what it is
like to lose a pet, having to have the family dog put to sleep recently,
but saying I understand doesn't offer much in the way of condolence
value.  All I can say is that I know you did the right thing in having
C-pie put to sleep peacefully when the time came, even though it was hard.
