Ok, I am back at square one, no one I have contacted wants to run the tests
for human blood on Phoenix's fur.
 
The lab locally is afraid I will take the evidence and sue the city of
Cleveland, they'd have to testify against them, and put the financial well
being of the lab at risk.
 
I am open to ideas.
