My husband "googled" my name last night and came up with dozens of
things in my name, mostly from the FML. He was annoyed that my name
appeared much more than his and well I guess you would have to know him
to understand this.

Anyway.... my point is that apparently anything you write on the
internet is open for public viewing.

Maybe most of you already know this, but it was a surprise to me.

[Moderator's note: Yes, the FMLs *do* appear in Google, although for
several years e-mail addresses have been masked, so any info Google
grabs from the "official" FML searchable archives should not contain
your e-mail address. Likewise, the backissues which are online for
subscribers require a password, so Google won't see those either.

Of course, if others are storing FMLs where Google can find them, any
e-mail addresses in those digests might be viewable.   BIG]
