Ferret dig boxes

I have a cornstarch peanut box for my ferrets but I have stopped using it
on a regular basis.  My little girl has taken a liking to the peanuts and
I will find her eating them.  I know its not awful but it can't be good
for her.  Should I let her play in the box if she continues to eat a
peanut here and there?
