If you think you can do it try.  We, Ferret Wise Shelter produce a
bi-monthly newsletter with vet articles, training tips, shelter highlights,
event calendar etc.  To dtae we have a very limited subsription base at $15
per year US/ $20 per year Canada.  It is a great educational tool, but we
send comp issues to vets, etc and in the end raise funding just to keep it
published.  I think you are hitting a tough market with clubs and shelters.
 
Just my thoughts-- but help yourself.
