Attached is a photo of my friend's ferret's poop.

Little Aemilia (aka the Toxic Avenger) produces one of these
foul-smelling gelatinous poops every 3-4 days. All other days (and
even the other poops the same day) she produces normal looking poop
(but still horrible rotten smelling). There have been fecal tests done
as well as bloodwork and nothing can be found. She is on a low dose of
pred and she is on a grain-free diet. She is 4 years old, active,
happy, and her weight is good.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Any suggestions?
