Unfortunately, there is no way to tell what your vet will find when he goes
in.  If the first surgery included a partial pancreatectomy, this procedure
cannot be repeated - so the second surgery will likely be a nodulectomy.
 
Only advice is to make sure to do a good inspection of the pancreas as
well as the rest of the abdomen.  Some ferrets have 3 or more surgeries
to control diabetes.
