I was contacted by someone who is in the service and will be shipped out
the end of February. Ideally, he would like to find a foster home that
is willing to take on his two little ones for two years. He understands
that they will likely bond to the family and that it might be too painful
to separate them when he returns so if he can find a good loving caring
home for them and they bond with the family, he's willing to place them.
He is in Omaha NE, heartbroken. He will be in Bosnia for 3 months then
Italy for 2 years.

Hopefully he can find a foster home for the little ones in time to help
them get use to their new family before he leaves.
