This is probably the most interested folks but not the right forum, so
please forgive me.  I'll keep it short.
 
I have the book by Wendy Winsted, "Ferrets" that I was going to take to the
used book store in town.  It is the color version that came out in 1989 and
is in excellent shape.  I thought someone on the list would get better use
out of it and I'm willing to send it your way for $5 + shipping (originally
cost $12.39 but that was at high pet store prices).  If you are interested,

Also, good news, my ferret, Phineas, has finally lost some weight.  Thanks
to all for your sage advice and encouragement.
