I am so very sorry to hear about your Joey.  It is especially so for me,
since Joey was the name of our first ferret as well, and he also died young
(7 months) and is terribly, terribly missed.
 
Isn't less than 3 very young for cardiomyopathy?  I thought CM was an
old-ferret problem.  What causes it?
