you mentioned dog tags to put on your ferret. i have seen a few
products in pet stores around the area in Pittsburgh. one of the two
that was small and light enough is a small metal cylander. the
cylander opens when unscrewed in the center, where a piece of paper can
be kept. on the paper, the owner can write anything he/she wants to
about the animal. they are about an inch long and 1/3 inch wide. i
have considered these. also, something that seems to cute for my
little boy, but might look good on a little female, was a a puffy hard
plastic heart about one inch height and wide. it flattened out in the
center to hold an information card on the one side, and the whole heart
worked as a reflector...so if your ferret gets out, he/she has less
chance of being hit by a car. these are just some things i have
found.
