Please do NOT use mothballs! The naptha in moth balls is VERY toxic, &
it can get into the ground & surrounding area & kill any animal that
accidentally ingests it. Years ago someone suggested my mother do this
to keep our pet rabbit from eating her flowers; it killed him.

Not only will this solution endager your skunk, it may harm your
ferrets & other pets. Please try something else.
