I use Program for Cats on my ferts.  It works great.  Keep in mind that it
won't kill the fleas outright, it makes them unable to breed.  So, once the
batch that are on your animals right now die naturally, the cycle is broken
and "voila" no more fleas.  Remember, if you use Program for your fert, it
is important that you get the cat dosage rather than the dog.
