One litter box training method I haven't heard mentioned is *not* to keep
the box too clean.  If she thinks her box is a nice place like a sand box,
she may prefer the boring old floor.  When we were training ours, and when
they have had lapses or been given a new box in a new room, I have made sure
there is a little poop in each corner of the box.  Ferrets are clean in
their own way, so they don't mind using a place that smells dirty.
