Hello all,
Wanted to post what I had found.  I searched all over the internet to no
avail for the courthouse address in Layton, then finally came across the
Layton City Managers' phone number.
 
After speaking to the wonderful lady on the phone, came up with an address
for everyone who wishes to snailmail in.
 
Layton County Courthouse
427 North Wasatch Drive
Layton, UT. 84041
