At Heaven Scent ,we do as who needs what first.Like the guys with
adernals get done as quick as possible.
 
One local vet(one I use alot) does adernals & surgeries & lets me charge
if needed.I've had my balance up over $1900.Down to $127 now.The other
local vet doesn't let me charge .Nor does he give discounts to
shelters.And he's pricey,but good.
 
I don't have a board to call on to vote who gets what,when.I do all this
by myself.
