Bob, you MUST take care of yourself and get better.  People can ask the
FML in general or can ask chosen others to winnow down the questions you
have to field, and you can handle the rest slowly as your health permits.
 
Grace, since the ferrets will need their initial check-up and so on,
anyway, why not speak first with that local vet and have that vet get
guidelines form your ferret vet who is 90 miles away, then the local vet
will know what to look for and can discuss it with your ferret vet,
permitting what might be the best chance at a long-distance assessment.
 
Re: bilateral adrenal: one thing we learned the hard way is that it makes
sense in extreme situations to have some Fluorinef at the vets' just in
case.
 
Now to get back to all these things I've got to do today...
