Hi Y'all,

Here are some old fashioned ideas, but they do work on most things.
They are cheap enough to try.

Find yourself a galvanized pail, fill it with water, and put a good
handful of hay in it. Close the room up, and leave it overnight. This
will remove paint odors and I would try it on ferret odors.

Also, try washing the floor with two quarts of hot water and one half
cup of vinagar mixed. Do you have forced hot air heat? Are there
filters in the furnace - would they have sucked up the odor from the
cold air return??

If all elas fails, try to sell to some ferret people - they are the
ones with the pointy little faces.
