When I first got Phoebe, I thought she was deaf but not 100% sure..I had
Michael of the WSFA come by and help me assess her....He had a whistle
with him..he blew it..everyone else that was in the room scattered
QUICKLY..Phoebe just layed there and looked at him, I say that was a sure
fire way to test them..so if you have a whistle.....give it a blow.
