You don't mention how long your animal has been on TF ..  but if this was a
recent dietary change, you might want to give it a while longer!  Animals'
digestive systems take a while to adjust to a change in food, and you can
get smelly poops until that change has been effected.
 
My guys eat TF, and they've been eating it for a couple of years now ...
with virtually no smell whatsoever to their litterbox.
