For people who are interested in Ferret wheels I think I may be able to
provide some help.  I worked in a pet store last season, and we had about
100 ferrets pass through there.  We tried letting every single ferret play
on the wheel.  They didn't seem to like it.
 
    Actually the ferrets loved climbing in and out of it (it was another
hole to explore to them), but they didn't exactly grasp the concept of
running on it.  I don't even think that their bodies are built for enjoyment
on that sort of thing (to long).
