To the Vets and others who may be knowledgable in this area:
 
Our youngest, Little Man, is about 8 months old.  We noticed the other
day that both of his back molars are darkened in color - and the other 5
girls do not have this appearance.
 
Could this be a cavity?  That's what it reminds me of.
