First, Happy Holidays, to one and all!
 
Hoping someone can help or provide info on the closest shelter as I don't
keep track of them personally..
 
FACT received an email from a woman in Wintrop, MA, which I gather is in
the greater Boston area?, that needs to find a new home for her 4 1/2 yr
old male ferret for compelling personal and financial reasons.
 
Seems the ferret, Einstein, is otherwise healthy, but she can no longer
care for him.
 
Can anyone help?
 
I hate to have people bring ferrets from long distances to our shelter.
And as our shelter director, Vanessa, has been away for a few weeks, we
have a back log ready to come in along with those who we already have
that need homes.
