I want to thank everyone who suggested methods to ferret-proof my electrical
cords. On the assumption that "more is better", I intend to incorporate
several suggestions at once. Today I am buying aquarium tubing to cover the
cords, bitter apple to cover the tubing, and aluminum foil for a fail-safe
system. I'll let you know how it works out. I have also just joined the
Ferret Rescue in my area, so I expect I'll be posting many more questions to
the list. I've only had three ferrets so far, but I'm pretty good with
animals. If I can help some of these little guys, I want to try. So thanks
to all for recent and future advice!
