To Jen Marin:

Jen - what about the abdomen is hard - is it a small not in the penile
sheath, or the whole abdomen? I'm not familiar with fleas giving a ferret
a urine smell - in fact, in most cases, urine gives a ferret a urine smell.
Could Tiki be dribbling urine or marking his territory?

I think we need a bit more information on this one.
