Get Erp to a vet ASAP.  It could be anything from a blockage to insulinoma.
If you have to wait until sometime next week, he may be dead by then.  Ask
your vet if he'll take a 'hold' check - many vets will in an emergency.
Whatever is wrong sounds very serious and I wouldn't wait another minute.
