Thanks, Sukie, for posting some information about herbs.  I do have other
information, though - including a lot of studies showing the effectiveness
of echinacea, some of which agrees with what you have said, and some of
which doesn't.
 
I appreciate your trying to save me work by posting about herbs, but not
all of my data actually agrees with yours.  I'd be happy to send my own
information if anyone wants it.
