A local ferret owner has a ferret that injured his back. (Possibly got
caught in the faulty door of her cage.) The discs are separated at the last
joint before the tail starts, and it affects Tippy's back legs. He can't
walk and barely feels like raising his head. It has been three weeks since
he saw the vet and at the end of this week he will go back for another x-ray
and if no improvement, a decision will have to be made.

Tippy is being force-fed and is fighting harder against the food now than in
the beginning. Something has got to change.

The owner wants to try 'swim therapy'. Can anyone explain how to do this?
Does anyone have any other suggestions to help Tippy.

Please email me directly. Thanks ---Trish
