Well, now that Erin has passed, thankfully with more bluster and threat than
damage, we can think of other things....
 
We have read all 5 FAQ's and found that the one breeder close to us has
moved to Tampa, 4-5 hours away, and the main one in Orlando (3 hours away)
is out of the biz.  Those near Gainesville are also 4-5+ hours away.  We
have heard from the shelter in Miami, and will definitely check there
first, but is there anyone breeding ferrets in the South Florida area?

BTW,  I appreciate the EMail that we have received welcoming us,  and
those that have sent is information on raising fuzzies....!  The only
other "animal people" that we have met that were this friendly,
accomodating and... well,  evangelical,  about their pets are goldie
people.    That's why we have a golden retriever.....
