I wrote to PetSmart several months ago to complain about the cedar shavings
they were selling for ferrets.  I included a link to articles on their
toxicity.  I was given the response that the manufacturer says they are
for ferrets, so they must be okay.  PetSmart was not going to doubt their
manufacturer's word and would not change anything.  I tried to write back
to the person and point out that they have a ferret "expert" on thier
site and have them ask her opinion.  I had a different person write back
thanking me for my concern in writing and being a good customer.  I cannot
get any customer service person to send me a personalized address so we can
have a continuous discussion about this.  Messages go to different people
every time and nothing gets accomplished.  I haven't bought anything from
them since.
