Hi all, been awhile, but here I am...

Anyhows, the post the other day about there being only two airlines that
allow ferts on-board (in the passenger cabin) wasn't entirely true.

Delta Airlines specifically allows ferrets in an approved container (those
really *tiny* ones that fit under the seat in front of you--you can get em
at most large pet stores and they only cost about $15-$20).

The thing about the "only two pet carriers per cabin" still applies in this
case also.

Delta charges $60 each way (and when asked why they charge, they replied
"because everyone else does..."--okay, how about this--Value Jet, TWA, etc.
crash, does that mean you have to also?) Anyway, I've taken my little guys
(chopper and betty) on Delta about 4 times, with no problems (even didn't
wash them cuz I was all bent out of shape about having to pay for it!).

Hope this helps someone,
Chris and the two little guys
