I have used both the Topspot and the spray on my ferrets at different times--
The spray is easier to gauge, because it is 1 spray per pound when you use
the large bottle, more if you use the smaller spray. I now use Topspot--I
buy the 44-88 lb size, draw up the amount from one of the vials into a
syringe, and divide that amount by 60--that is the mid-range for that size,
and I divide it among by three dogs (small terriers) and my four ferrets--
they get literally about 2-3 drops between their shoulder blades every 45-60
days. I can tell you that it really really works!

For most people the spray is the best way to go, one SMALL bottle would last
a long time with several ferrets, and you can re-spray every 30 days if
needed, but I doubt you will--I am on a 2 month schedule here at the house,
and I haven't seen an itch for almost a year! (and I live in flea and tick
country--central Texas.)
