Some U.F.O. members called me yesterday, informing me that the County
Commission told them that the Ferrets were legalized and the ordinance
passed.

THIS IS FALSE. I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY SPOKE WITH OR WHAT THEY THOUGHT THEY
HEARD, BUT FERRETS ARE STILL ILLEGAL IN SALT LAKE COUNTY.

I spoke with David Flagler, Salt Lake County Animal Control Officer, and he
told me that he has not heard anything of the kind. So do not believe the
rumors. Even if the County Commission tells you they are legal, talk with
the people who enforce the ordinance, Animal Control.

Just thought you should know,
Rick

Don't stop calling the County Commission either. They need the pressure,
except next time get someones name and position so we can put it on the
record.
