howdy all:
 
I have a 3 year old male/fixed ferret Tieke that has lost most of the hair
on his tail and the rest of his hair is really coarse.  He eats Iams kitten
and cat food (which the rest of the herd is eating without any problems).
I'm thinking it's a nutrition problem because for his first year of like,
he was feed lemon drops by his previous owner and got really fat (like 5
pounds!).  Now, his weight is down, but his fur is awful.
 
any ideas?
