My suggestion would be to pursue an injunction prohibiting Mr. Kozak from
owning any pet.
 
Also, why is no one else drawing any attention on the Killer Judge, the one
who overturned the lower judge's stay of execution?  Judges are public
officals, and he will either be up for re-confirmation, election, or
nomination at some time in the future.
