Hi yall...Just wanted to post and see if anyone had any suggestions for
litter digging critters? I think they just do it to annoy me but I can't
seem to break either of them from this habit. The use the litter box
correctly to relieve themselves but when they have free time or are bored
(or something) they dig like mad in one or the other of the corners throwing
all the litter out. Sometimes they don't even stop then and keep going till
I think they're about to dig to the center of the earth! :) It's
frustrating to have to try and push dirty/clean litter back in the tray only
to have them kick it back out later. I don't think the choice of litter has
much to do with it...I've used a few different brands and have settled on
rabbit food (alfalfa pellets). I use a $1.00 plastic container from walmart
that has one of the sides cut outta it. It fits perfectly against one side
of their cage. Like I said when they have to use it there's almost no
trouble doing so....it's just when they get a wild hair or something.... Any
suggestions?

Kat
