I have a two year old cat; Picasso and four ferrets; Toby, Tina, Ziggy, and
Kika. So far, I haven't had any real problems with the cat and ferrets,
well not until recently. I have noticed that Picasso picks up Toby and
carries him around the apartment the same way a mother would carry her
kittens. It seems like Picasso's little game has caused Toby some
problems. Toby has developed some type of skin irritation only in the area
where Picasso picks him up. It looks like tiny red blood dots and just
yesterday I noticed he had a penny-sized bloody scab above his back.

I really don't know what do at this point. I throughly examined Toby's
body and other than the scab above his back, he seems normal. I don't
think he has fleas because the other ferrets and the cat would also have
them and they don't go around scratching themselves every second. Should
I wait and see if the scab just "falls" off, or should I see a vet ASAP?
HELP
