sorry if this is a bit late...i am behind on the FML...
 
BUT you are bathing your ferret too often...THAT is why she smells!!!...
once every 3-4 months is all...and i only bathe mine if they get into
something or want to play in the shower with me...and i have 13 of them...
other causes of smell would be:
 
not washing the bedding often enough...should be washed at least once a
week...plain detergent...and NO fabric softener...
 
the food you feed also may cause a smell on your ferret...I feed Totally
Ferret and Iams kitten mixed...
 
i am sure there may be other causes...but shampooing your ferret once a
week is, i believe, unhealthy for it AND contributing to your problem...
