Brian was right; it's 65 bites in 10 years.  My source is the Baltimore
Ferret Club's myth vs. fact sheet, who takes the data from a 1988 Journal of
the American Veterinary Medical Association article (who got their data from
the CDC and a JAMA article).
 
Re. mince meat: There might be a language barrier - I think that in the UK,
mincemeat might be called _minced_ meat here.  (Who was it that said that
England would be a good place to visit if it weren't for the language
barrier?  With my experiences writing to an Australian, I know that English
isn't the same thing around the world.)
