Good day everyone!

I've been doing sooooo much internet surfing, message board reading,
email list reading, etc. that I cannot remember the EXACT source, but I
read somewhere you could make a dig box using white millet because the
ferts won't eat it. (I can't believe how many laaaaaate nights I've been
having doing all this reading, lol!!!)

Well, my kids & I got a small, square, rubbermaid box & put a 5 lb bag of
millet in along with a couple balls & plastic baby toys (my 1 yr doesn't
mind, lol!) & Roscoe LOVES it! Well, we thought this was terrific, but
today, we got a newer idea...ya know those plastic tubs you can find at
Walmart or Kmart like for $3.97 or $4.97 or so? They usually have rope
handles on them? You can throw sports balls in them, use them as a
cooler, toy storage...know what I mean?

Well, we had one in our basement filled with Discovery Zone (remember
them?) plastic balls. So my kids & I brought it up & Roscoe enjoyed it
but we ended up taking the balls out & putting the millet in instead
(along w/baby toys)....Well! Roscoe is in heaven! Using this tub
provides a circle for him to go round & round & round in & also provides
more DEPTH for him to dig in. The only downfall is that because the
sides are so high, right now we have to put him in & take him out...he
cannot do it himself because the sides are too slippery. The girl I'm
babysitting suggested cutting a hole/door on one side right about in the
middle so he can go in & out himself. I suppose you could also attach a
dryer vent tunnel or something similar too???

We put the DZ balls in a rectangular-shape laundry basket & Roscoe loves
that too...he can go in & out of that himself!

Anyway, my kids & I have been having a wonderful time laughing our *you
know whats* off at Roscoe & his digging/ball rolling antics. I just
wanted to share our terrific morning with all of you & hope if you try
it you & your ferts will have as good of a time as we are! HAVE A GREAT
DAY!

Thanks & God bless,
