It seems as though many of us that have written in to customer support at
PETSMART have received the same exact response.  It looks like you may
want to call Jim Davis, the Customer Service Manager at PETSMART if you
want a real response.  The number is listed below if you wish to call and
I am sure it will be on the response you receive if you wrote a letter to
PETSMART.
