Thanks Chris and BIG. This is exactly what I wanted to come out of this
discussion since I don't think at this point anything can be done in
this specific case. I was hoping that some constructive ideas and
advice would surface on this forum so we could establish the proper
steps to take when future abuse of ferrets is seen on the Internet. A
lot of borderline cases, that really can't be addressed surface on
places such as YouTube, but many that are much worse, sadly. We're
bound to come across more with ferrets (like the Chinese guy and Bunny)
in the future. And for those animals who are in perpetual danger, now
we'll have an idea what to do other than go to bed sleepless and gripe.

The fact that undersage kids were involved was exactly why I never
personally called the law inforcement in her area or even here. I was
just far to nervous to do anything without checking things out first.
Given Chris', yours, Lindas, and other private individuals help, now I
know better how to approach this in the future. I even saved the posts
in a document because I knew I was too much of a pea brain to remember
down the road.
