I have a 4.5 year old female ferret, who had hair loss on tail and it
started up her back.This continued for months, now yesterday I noticed
its growing back on her tail.  She does have dry skin, flaky, but no
swollen vula, could this still be adrenal or just shedding?  Iam going
to bath her today and see if that helps.We do have wood heat and have
humdifier going constantly, its dry in our house.  Should I just wait a
few more weeks and watch how the hair growth goes, before I go to vet.
She seems fine, playful, eats well,good stools.
